Santa Arrives ready to start the cruise. Santa's helps are Nikki and Jenny. Nikki is in the car club (on the Left) and has wanted to go for a ride in the Caddy.
My mate Les Cavenagh Jr got to meet Santa, his other wish was to ride in one of the big Fire trucks, that wish was granted thanks to Fireman Mike. Little Les and Mum Cheryl joined Fireman Mike for most of the Cruise. Les Sr had to call mates and the RACQ as the old Fairlane did not like the heat and had several road side stops.
Dinner break at the Campus Shopping Centre, new Santa's helpers and Santa joined the procession as three hours in the heat and sunburn were by now taking there toll . But we had to carry on. We restocked the lollies and drinks and on through the Northern beaches to finally finish in Palm Cove around 9 pm.http://picasaweb.google.com.au/14dte99/OperationRudolph2007
